4. Recognition and correction of incorrect entries

Before you send in your order, you have the chance to review all the details of your order, including the type and quantity of the merchandise, the shipping costs, your address details and other information that is essential to your order. If any details are incorrect, you can change them before you send off your order by correcting the details, deleting individual items from your order cart or changing the quantities ordered. You can also cancel the order process altogether. Once you have sent in your order, errors can only be corrected by email or telephone.

5. Technical steps leading to the conclusion of a contract

At the end of the order process, an order overview is displayed containing all the main information about your order. This order only constitutes a binding contractual declaration if you click the “submit binding order” button. The contract text (our T&Cs and the details of your order) are saved by us and sent to you by email after your order submission. You have no access to this text at a later stage. However, you can print out and save your order confirmation before submitting your contractual declaration.
