A band with cult status in the early 1970s, Wishbone Ash featured a dual lead guitar sound that influenced generations of musicians. In addition to Andy Powell and Ted Turner, Laurie Wisefield was the third guitarist to produce miracles on his instrument. After 12 years and over 1 million album sales, he joined the Tina Turner Band as lead guitarist, accompanied Joe Cocker and recently played in major events including the Nokia Night of the Proms.
