In Germany, we supply direct support for the MI (specialist retail trade) and pro markets. In our MI business, our telemarketing activities are underpinned by a team
of regionally operating sales representatives. Our customers include around 1,200 specialist retailers of all sizes, from small and medium-sized retail businesses
to chain stores and major department stores. We operate our po business directly (projects, installations, studios, radio, TV and video, rental etc.).
Here our main areas
of focus are Europe as a whole, the Middle East and Asia/ Asia Pacific, where we have built up successful strategic supply operations
since 1998 despite enormous competition from China (pricing) and the US and Japan (high-grade technology).
We currently operate in 82 countries around the world. From October 01, 2001 we will be directly represented in France by KLOTZ Cables France - a division of KLOTZ ais GmbH, Germany and from February 01, 2004 we will be directly represented in the United Arab Emirates by KLOTZ Cables Middle East.
Core European Countries
From October 01,2001, KLOTZ Cables France, a division of KLOTZ ais GmbH, will operate in France's pro audio, video, multimedia market, responding directly to growing demand in this market segment. This form of marketing presence will serve as a model for other key countries.
East Europe
In this region we are fully represented by our partners, but develop key projects ourselves. We are an acknowledged supplier of the Polish, Czech and Slovenian radio and TV broadcasting centers.
Asia/ Pazific
Our operations in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Korea, India and Australia and New Zealand are successful and fast-growing.
Prestigious projects such as the 16th Commonwealth Games - Asia's equivalent to the Olympic Games, the new Formula 1 racetrack in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and the Sydney2000 Olympic Games in Australia all serve to consolidate our positon in these markets against fierce local and US competition. |
