KLOTZ is also an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) producer for well-known names in the audio and video industry. World-famous producers of studio and stage equipment (microphones, mixing desks), professional DJ equipment and radio/TV broadcasting technology (consoles) also commission us to design and manufacture pre-made cables and cable systems to match their products. Our customer support begins right from the outset of a project, where the technical requirements are defined together with our research & development engineers and our experienced product management division. In addition to the OEM product itself, issues of packaging and product presentation must also be addressed. Bulk business for international companies relies particularly on rock-solid logistics as the key to success. Since we have customers and partners in over 92 countries and operate modern, high-performance logistics systems, we are able to deliver winning results throughout all phases of OEM production.

Our engineers are thoroughly familiar with the requirements you make for your equipment – whether you are a studio operator, radio/TV broadcaster or technical hire company. And in line with our expertise, our production facilities contain modern computer-controlled machinery parks. Metalworking, for example, is performed by a CNC milling machine with state-of-the-art technology, incorporating a Windows font library for engraving in Cyrillic, Arabic and other scripts.
We supply professional documentation of custom designs on request and in the case of large-scale systems. As a further service, we retain all design drawings and other technical documentation on our server to speed realization of later conversion or expansion plans.
We give a five-year warranty on all custom products – proof that we are absolutely convinced of the quality of our planning and production.
