Our MUSIC sector products are only available in Germany from specialist music retailers. Sales operations are coordinated by the telesales department at our company headquarters at Vaterstetten near Munich, supported nationwide in the field by a team of regional sales representatives. The cornerstone for this business is primarily the successful range of KLOTZ display units (POS).
Our customers include around 1,200 specialist retailers, including many from market leader companies.
Sales in the ProAVM sector (projects, installations, rental etc.) are on a direct basis. A team made up of project and tender specialists and engineers with extensive experience of applications provide support for planners, installation companies, system integrators and executing companies. The rental sector is supported by staff with special training in event technology who work with customers to design and supply custom solutions. In this specific area, our Online System Configurator, developed in-house at KLOTZ, enables us to provide rapid, highly precise results within hours even for extremely complex requirements. This has earned us a unique position on the market.
International market

We operate throughout Europe, the Near and Middle East, and the Maghreb, Central Asia (CIS countries) and Asia Pacific. We have maintained successful presence in the latter region since 1998 despite immense pressure from (low-cost) vendors from China and competitors from the USA and Japan.
We have dedicated sales teams in place that directly serve the music and ProAVM markets in France (KLOTZ Cables France), the UK and Ireland (KLOTZ Cables UK & Eire), Spain, the Netherlands and Austria; in Asia Pacific, Singapore-based KLOTZ Cables Asia Pacific works with leading distributors throughout the entire region.
